Crustó Diagonal in Barcelona is a premium bakery and café of more than 150 m² inside El Corte Inglés, and the largest of the six stores we built for the chain.
We brought the retail agency’s design to a highly visible space with windows onto the surrounding streets. The bar was set high in every store: top-quality materials, a faultless finish and the same standard in formats as different as a department store unit and a high-street shop.
We built the furniture to the agency’s design, combining natural wood veneers machined on 5-axis CNC, solid wood panels with glazing, Krion solid surface with a Carrara marble effect and book-matched veining, integrated lighting and brass fittings.
We carried the same standard across all six of the brand’s stores, including El Corte Inglés Preciados (Madrid), El Corte Inglés Diagonal and Gran de Gràcia (Barcelona), and Hortaleza (Madrid).
Every piece is made in our own facilities, bringing together natural and solid wood, marble-effect solid surface, lighting and brass, with every finish held to a flawless standard.
